Join Us!

The WCC is a volunteer organization with members from all walks of life. No auditions are necessary to join - the only requirement is that you love to sing! We have two performance seasons; Christmas and Spring. Rehearsals are held Monday nights. To participate with us, you must register at the beginning of each season. Registration - 

Regular Registration
On-site registration for Woodbridge Community Choir (WCC) is from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM just before the first three Monday night rehearsals of each season. It is a two part process that involves filling out a Registration form and paying the non-refundable registration fee of $35 (via check or credit/debit card). As special discounts may very check the current newsletter for details. You complete the on-site registration process at the registration table as you enter the facility where the rehearsals take place. To save time during registration download the form above, complete and print it in advance. Registration forms will also be available at the registration table that you can fill out as you arrive. In either case turn in your completed form at the registration table when you arrive for your first rehearsal. You will be given a set of music on a first come first served basis. In the event that the supply of sets music runs out more copies will be ordered but there may be a delay of a week or two before you receive your set of music.

* Note: registering the second or third rehearsal will count as absences for each rehearsal missed. 

Early Registration
There are advantages for registering early.
  1. A set of music is reserved for you while supplies last.
  2. You will also avoid the rush of those attempting to register at the rehearsal site before rehearsal.
  3. In some cases a special discount may apply.
  4. If you register early you simply pick up your music as you arrive for your first rehearsal.

Pre-registration using Credit or Debit card payment

    We currently do not have the means to accept credit/debit card payments on line for early registration but you may provide the information below to indicate your intent to pay by credit/debit card. In this case a set of music will be reserved for you at the first rehearsal only. if you are unable to make the first rehearsal there will be no guarantee that a set of music can be reserved for you.
Guests
Are welcome to attend rehearsal without paying the registration fee but if given a packet of music it must be returned at the end of rehearsal.

Rehearsals start the last Monday in August for the Christmas concert season. Rehearsals for the Spring season begin the last Monday night in January. Rehearsals are from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM each Monday regardless of holidays. If a rehearsal is cancelled for any reason a notice will appear on the home page of the WCC website.
